Traditional White Mountain Capote

Traditional Wool Capote made from a Polar Star used blanket. Leather Turtle stitched on the hood tail has a pictograph which is my homage to the Indigenous people that at one time were the only inhabitants of Southern Colorado and lived off this beautiful land. Top of the chest of the Capote has a Oak toggle closure for when more warmth is needed. This is a shorter knee length Capote to make sitting and crouching easier. It is a very warm wool Capote comparable to a Four Point HBC blanket. Red Assumption Sash is included.

Color: White with Red, Yellow and blue stripes. No points.
